VIP is a Private Limited Company It comes under the government of Indian Corporation labour law.
- You will need to fill accurate and true information about yourself.
- There is a strict criminal and offence background verification process at VIP.
- We will require a Passport Size photo in JPG or PNG format Max 500 kb in size.
- We need your Aadhaar Number for Identity.
- We don’t share any Personal information about you to any other company or any agency.
- Office time will be from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm. (It may vary and depend on your meetings.)
- Sunday will be compulsory off and the Second and Fourth Saturday will be half day.
- You need to clear your interview, It is compulsory.
- We don’t hire without an interview or with references.
- VIP has all the rights to terminate your selection if you violate any terms.
- Every detail of the terms & conditions will be provided to you before joining.
- After joining, you will need to complete your given work before leaving the office daily.
- Work from home facility is only given to those who prove their loyalty to us.
- VIP can not guarantee the approval request for work from home.
- No ladies will be allowed to stay or work at the office after 7.00 pm.
- Only formals are allowed at office premises.
- Your educational and other documents are checked after joining.
- Salary will be credited in your bank account on the 7th day of every month.
- If we found any genuine problem with your work or regular mistakes VIP will have all the rights of your Resignation.
- TDS Rate for annual income Up to Rs.3,00,000 is Nil and Rs.3,00,001-Rs.5,00,000 will be 5%.
- VIP will also have the right to change or add any terms at any time according to the situation without prior notice.
